Three 12,000-
gallon tanks are currently located at the site. Two tanks are
used tostore unleaded regular gasoline. and one tank is used to
store unleaded super gasoline.
Nine samples of native soil were collected in locations on each
side of each dispenser island at the site. Results of these
analyses indicate .their has been slight contamination of the soil
in five of the locations sampled. ln. response to the detected
soil contamination, Applied Geosystems recommends further
excavation be initiated in areas of detected contamination. This
Work Plan presents the work elements necessary for the mitigation
of the soil contamination. If you have any questions regarding
the information preadnted in this Work Plan, please do not
hesitate to call.
Sincerely,
Applied GeoSystems
Keith A.
