• Fourth Quarter 1997 VES Report- Unocal Station No 6981 <br /> January 22, 1998 t <br /> highest hydrocarbon concentrations During the fourth quarter 1997, the VES extracted <br /> and treated approximately 9 pounds of TPHg and G 0 05 pound of benzene VES <br /> analytical data for the quarter are summarized in Table 1, and operational data are <br /> summarized in Table 2 <br /> On December 29, 1997, GR met at the site with Ms Diane Busalacchi of the San Joaquin <br /> Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District to perform an inspection of the VES and <br /> verify system operation <br /> First Quarter 1998 Scheduled Activities <br /> The following activities are planned for the site during the first quarter 1998 <br /> ® GR will monitor and sample groundwater wells at the site, and will submit the <br /> quarterly groundwater monitoring and sampling report to the appropriate agencies <br /> ® GR will continue to monitor VES operational parameters every two weeks Influent <br /> and effluent vapor stream samples will be collected monthly and analyzed as <br /> required in the operating permit The First Quarter 1998 Status Report will be <br /> submitted to the appropriate regulatory agencies by April 30, 1998 <br /> ® GR will locate groundwater monitoring well MW-11, paved over during the recent <br /> reconstruction of the adjacent intersection New wellhead boxes for wells MW-1, <br /> MW-8, and MW-11 will be installed <br /> © GR will meet at the site with San Joaquin County Public Health Services to discuss <br /> VES operations <br /> i <br /> • <br /> 7855 20-4 2 <br />
