MAL
pGE5,1NC. OngtrL1Ct10Yl 15
inch diameter PVC materials. A diagram showing proposed well c
provided in Figure 3.
All drilling equipment will be steam cleaned between boreholes. Auger rinseate
will be contained in 55 gallon drums and will be disposed of following receipt of
analytical data.
• Collect soil samples during drilling of boreholes. As depth to ground water
beneath this site is anticipated to be 20 to 30 feet from grade, a single soil sample will
be collected at five to ten feet below grade during drilling of each boring.
• Survey all monitoring well casings. Gauge depth to water in each monitoring
well. Collect water samples from each well.
• Submit soil and water samples to project laboratory for analysis. In order to
provide a wide range of analytical information, soil and ground water samples will
be analyzed for EPA Priority Pollutants and CAM Metals.
• Summarize the results of site assessment in a brief report of investigation,
including boring logs, tabular presentation of analytical data, ground water gradient
maps, and all appropriate attachments.
Methodologies to be employed during this phase of site assessment will be executed
in accordance with all applicable state and county guidelines, and are summarized
in the protocols provided as an attachment to this workplan.
One copy of this workplan has been forwarded with well permit applications to the
San Joaquin County Public Health Services.
