(Kxazan), <br /> hereby requests that the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division(SJCFHD)grant"no further <br /> action" status for the subject site in the fort, of a letter to CNLRS. This request is based on the <br /> information provided below and in the attachments to this letter and that the intended future use of the <br /> subject site will be as a paved parking lot. As suggested by the SJCEI-ID, this request includes a <br /> summary of previous investigations conducted at the Tracy Market Place property (a.k.a. Dividend <br /> Property), located at Grantlun.e Road and Interstate Route 205 in Tracy, California, related to a former <br /> underground storage tank(UST)that was removed from the subject site in 1989_ <br /> Site Background <br /> During the course of K.razam's Phase I Environmental Site Assessment(ESA), conducted in March 2000, <br /> it was discovered that a portion of a dairy.farm was previously located on the subject site and that one <br /> h <br /> UST associated with the former dairy farm had been removed from the site. According to a Site History <br /> report, dated June 1, 1989 (Attachment 1), by Harlan Miller Tait Associates, the UST was used for <br /> fueling farm equipment.
