The <br /> a local Fire Department was notified so that they could have <br /> v . their representative present to inspect the tank and check <br /> our procedures . <br /> v <br /> At 0900 the Fire Department arrived at the site and checked <br /> v the tank for visible ruptures to the vessel. Uponicompletion <br /> z <br /> of this inspection they released the tank for transport and <br /> disposal by H & H. <br /> z <br /> H & H transport vehicle arrived at site. at' 1.030 hours and <br /> was loaded with the excavated tank for transport and disposal. <br /> Upon completion of the tank loading, samples were taken dir- <br /> M ectly below- the tank,. at 15 feet in the past, and -asample <br /> of the groundwater was taken to be tested for possible fuel <br /> X0 contamination. The samples were taken by Richard Nickerson <br /> M i"n; accordance with accepted sampling procedures a's, defined <br /> d by, EPA and DOHS standards . <br /> a <br /> Z The excavated pit was then refilled with excavated materials <br /> N - for safety purposes and the analytical samples were taken <br /> M <br /> to Curtis and Tompkins for analysis , <br /> a <br /> z <br /> U <br /> a <br /> Cti <br /> Cv 17'91 -2- December 11 , 19"89. <br />
