Dividend Development Company July 22 1991 <br /> Report of Findings -- North Parcel ' <br /> Page 3 <br /> Also reported was the presence of petroleum contamination <br /> encountered by the City of Tracy, Department of Public Works from <br /> a trench excavation for a fourteen inch (1411) domestic waterline <br /> crossing West Byron Road, approximately nine hundred_ feet (goo , ) <br /> west of. Corral Hollow Road. <br /> H & H Environmental Services, San Francisco., CA, stated in a report <br /> dated December 11, 1989-'that they excavated one (1) 500 gallon tank <br /> from the property and tested the soils below the tank for possible <br /> contamination. <br /> SCS Engineering, Dublin, CA performed trenching operations at the <br /> North (62 acre) Dividend property in October, 1990. This field <br /> study included the laboratory analyses of six (6) soil. samples <br /> collected from two (2) backhoe trenches excavated northwest of the <br /> intersection of 1-205 :land West Byron Road. Soil samples were <br /> analyzed for diesel fuel (EPA Test Method 8015 D) andaromatic <br /> organic compounds (E-PA Test Method 81.120 for BTXE) . Diesel <br /> concentrations of 167 ppm and 1,060 ppm, and xylene concentrations <br /> of 14 ppm and 73 ppm were detected in two (2) of the six (6) soil <br /> samples analyzed. <br /> Toxic Technology.
