The <br /> investigative work is being performed in an expedited manner to meet requirements <br /> for submittal of evidentiary materials to the Superior Court of California in <br /> accordance with Court Order Number 245459, dated July, 21,1992. The field <br /> investigation work is scheduled to commence on Thursday, August 13, 1992. We <br /> therefore request expedited issuance of subsurface investigative permits by the San <br /> Joaquin County Public Health Services,Environmental Health Division(PHS-EHD). <br /> Enclosed with this letter are the following: <br /> • A copy of Order Number 245459, issued by the Superior Court of <br /> California, which requires that declarations and other evidentiary <br /> materials regarding the nature of contamination and the probable <br /> responsible parties for the contamination at the Dividend site be filed <br /> and served by September 29, 1992. <br /> • A Site Mitigation Acknowledgment/Request for Services Form with a <br /> $159. review fee. Since the analytical data that will result from the <br /> investigation are at this time considered attorney-client privileged, the <br /> authorization to release information has not been signed.
