The
investigative work is being performed in an expedited manner to meet requirements
for submittal of evidentiary materials to the Superior Court of California in
accordance with Court Order Number 245459, dated July, 21,1992. The field
investigation work is scheduled to commence on Thursday, August 13, 1992. We
therefore request expedited issuance of subsurface investigative permits by the San
Joaquin County Public Health Services,Environmental Health Division(PHS-EHD).
Enclosed with this letter are the following:
• A copy of Order Number 245459, issued by the Superior Court of
California, which requires that declarations and other evidentiary
materials regarding the nature of contamination and the probable
responsible parties for the contamination at the Dividend site be filed
and served by September 29, 1992.
• A Site Mitigation Acknowledgment/Request for Services Form with a
$159. review fee. Since the analytical data that will result from the
investigation are at this time considered attorney-client privileged, the
authorization to release information has not been signed. As indicated
on the form and authorized by my signature of this letter, PHS-EHD
is authorized to bill McLaren/Hart for all hourly charges associated
with this submittal.
11101 White Rock Road,Rancho Cordova,CA 95670(916)638-3696 FAX(916)638-2842
t H.cled paper
