(Geomatrix), Geomatrix will install one groundwater <br /> monitoring well at the Dividend Property in Tracy, California at the location indicated on <br /> the attached figure. It is our understanding that this.well can be installed under San Joaquin <br /> County well installation permit number SR 005321 issued to•Geornatrix on 15 February <br /> 1996.
