(T TI) by
Geomatrix Consultants, Inc. The report contains the additional information requested in the
Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board's (CVRWQCB) memorandum of 20 March
1996. The request for additional information was initially responded to in CPL'S 18 April 1996
letter to the CVRWQCB. Previous requests for closure and the rationale for those requests have
been presented in other documents; however, it is the understanding of CPL/1TfI that site
closure will be based on the attached response to the 20 March 1996 CVRWQCB memorandum
and CPL'S 18 April 1996 letter.
Prior to development of the subject property, CPL will provide a soil management plan for
transmittal to the City of Tracy, San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division, the property
developer, and your office. The soil management plan will address soil handling issues that may
arise during future construction activities on the property, such as utility trenching or excavations
for swin-uning pools. Considerations for soil excavation, reuse, or disposal are described in the
plan. The soil management plan will also.include a contact list of the appropriate parties to be
notified should these issues arise.
