The <br /> property is owned by the Dividend Development Corporation Money Purchase Pension Plan Liquidation <br /> Trust and Dividend Development Corporation Profit Sharing Plan Liquidation Trust. We do not have a <br /> file for this site because farm tanks with less than 1,000 gallons capacity are exempt from the UST <br /> regulations. Therefore, we do not plan to pursue any action at this site at this time. <br /> Nothing in this determination shall constitute or be construed as a satisfaction or release from liability for <br /> any conditions or claims arising as a result of past, current, or future operations at this location.
