Advanced <br /> Inc. <br /> GeoEnvironmental, <br /> _04 ' <br /> 13 February 2004 p � <br /> AGE-NC Project No. 03-1119 <br /> � 1� 2pD <br /> FSB N���pLZN <br /> Mr. Michael Infurna ENI Rpt M�ER��GES <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMEN14� <br /> 304 East Weber Avenue, Third floor <br /> Stockton, California 95202 <br /> Subject: Domestic Well Sampling and Septic Tank Waste Disposal Report <br /> TOGNINALI PROPERTY <br /> 15424 East Highway 4, Stockton, California <br /> Dear Ms. Togninali: <br /> At your request,Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc.(AGE)has prepared this Domestic Well Sampling <br /> and Septic Tank Waste Disposal report for 15420 East Highway 4, Stockton,California.The scope of <br /> work included sampling with analysis of one on site domestic well, sampling with analysis of two on <br /> site septic tanks and hauling of septic tank contents to Stockton Regional Wastewater Control Facility <br /> (SRWCF). <br /> DOMESTIC WELL SAMPLING AND ANALYSIS <br /> On 03 December 2003 a representative of AGE sampled one on site domestic well under the Direction <br /> of San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(SJCEHD).After collection,the sample was <br /> properly labeled, placed in a chilled container and transported under chain-of-custody to Cal Tech <br /> Environmental Laboratory(CTEL), a State of California DHS-certified analytical laboratory. <br /> The sample was analyzed for: <br /> • Volatile organic compounds in accordance with EPA Method 524.2; and <br /> • Total petroleum hydrocarbons quantified as gasoline and total petroleum hydrocarbons <br /> quantified as diesel in accordance with Department of Health Services LUFT method. <br /> None of the target analytes were detected at or above laboratory detection levels in the sample <br /> analyzed.
