The <br /> report includes all previously submitted reports with supporting documentation and laboratory analyses. <br /> PHS/EHD has reviewed the data and has concluded that no further investigation or remediation is required at this <br /> time. Destruction of the monitoring wells is required to complete the closure of this site. Once the destruction of <br /> the monitoring wells has been completed'PHS/EHD will issue the final closure letter and.the site will be removed <br /> from the contaminated site list. <br /> The three monitoring wells at the site must be destroyed by a C-57 Iicensed driller under permit and inspection of <br /> PHS/EHD.
