Grant Line Road <br /> Tracy, CA 95376 <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services,Environmental Health Division(PHS/EHD)has recently reviewed <br /> the analytical results of the soil and/or water results taken from beneath the underground storage tank(s)that <br /> were removed from this site October 26, 1989. <br /> The presence of contaminates at your facility are suspected due to the results of the water sample taken at <br /> the time the tank was removed and PHS/EHD staff observations. The former underground storage tank(UST) <br /> cannot be recommended for final closure without further investigation to determine the full extent of the soil <br /> and/or groundwater problem. <br /> In addition,PHS/EHD is providing you notification that an*Underground Storage Tank Unauthorized Release <br /> (Leak)/Contaminated Site Report" has been filed pursuant to Section 25180.7 of the Health and Safety Code. <br /> Should you wish to mitigate the contamination documented at you facility,San Joaquin-County PHS/EHD has <br /> been designated by the State of California Water Resources Control Board as the local agency overseeing the <br /> investigation of leaking USTs.
