---7'ITY UK H C Y TES No 209-836-3529 Mar- 21 , 94
_- ar_ , 94 9 53 No 002 P 07,
1
and produced an average of 2 .13 MGD of water ewhen
in production. The State Department of Water r
Resources is now conducting a search for other
domestic and agricultural wells within that same
area. Mr. .7im Gibboney at (916) 322-7159 ,is our
contact.
3. The City of Tracy and Helmick and Lerner, Inc. are
prepared to drill the soil sample required by San
I aoaquin County's Public Health services. It is
requested that someone from your office meet with
our representative to mark the location where the
soil sample will be taken.
Our discussion on March 7, 1994 , led to the
conclusion that the soil investigation would be
' closed if less then 100 parts/million of total
Petroleum Hydrocarbons as Diesel were detected
from the soil sample. Unless otherwise advised,
' we will conclude that this will be sufficient to
Close the soil investigation.
If you have any other questions regarding this matter,
please contact Bill Benner or myself at (209) 836-4420.
Sincerely,
i
' Kevin Tobeck
Public Works Administrative Supervisor
KT/BB/mh
' cc: Bill vizza
Bill Benner
1
' 06-0315. 94h
 1
1,
