Grant Line <br /> Tracy, CA <br /> ' San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division <br /> (PHS/EHD) has received concurrence from the California Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board, Central Valley Region that the site investigation and remedial <br /> action for the above former underground tank facility has been completed (a <br /> copy of the letter is enclosed). <br /> The three monitoring wells at the site must be destroyed prior to issuance of the <br /> closure letter. Please submit a brief plan for the monitoring well destructions, a <br /> permit application and $60 permit fee. Once the permit application has been <br /> approved, the work can be scheduled.
