This is not a closure <br /> certification letter. <br /> A copy of the above-referenced CVRWQCB concurrence letter and a list of C-57 licensed <br /> contractors are enclosed. According to San Joaquin County "Well Standards", when a well no <br /> longer functions as originally designed or is abandoned, it must be destroyed under a well <br /> destruction permit by C-57 licensed contractor.
