(Kleenco) Fs`pleased to <br /> provide this report summarizing Site Characterization activities at the subject site':• Kleenco <br /> submitted a Site Characterization Work Plan(work plan)to the San Joaquin County Environmental,, <br /> Health Division(EHD)on March 6,2000. The work plan proposed investigation activities-necessary- � ,. <br /> to determine the lateral extent of petroleum hydrocarbon soil contamination discovered during :- <br /> " removal of an used oil underground storage tank(UST). The tank was a 1,000 gallon capacity used oyil USTe locat_ed adjacent <br /> and north of the Tire and Lube Express (TLE) service area. The tank and pipingwere constructed <br /> of double-walled fiberglass.
