The work plan proposed investigation activities-necessary- � ,. <br /> to determine the lateral extent of petroleum hydrocarbon soil contamination discovered during :- <br /> " removal of an used oil underground storage tank(UST). The scope of the work plan was basedon <br /> A field observations and soil analytical results from UST closure activities in August 1998,discussions <br /> with you regarding this project,and from our experience with similar projects. The tank was a 1,000 gallon capacity used oyil USTe locat_ed adjacent <br /> and north of the Tire and Lube Express (TLE) service area. The tank and pipingwere constructed <br /> of double-walled fiberglass.
