' <br /> f <br /> An "Underground Storage Tank Unauthorized. Release (Leak)/Contaminated Site <br /> Report" has been filed pursuant to Section 2.5295 of the Health and Safety Code (HSC). <br /> The appropriate disclosure of a hazardous waste discharge pursuant to Section <br /> 25180.7 of the HSC has been made, and the site has been placed on the list of <br /> contaminated sites in San Joaquin County which is maintained by PHSIEHD. <br /> PHSIEHD under contract with the-State..of California Water .Resources Control Board <br /> (SWRCB) oversees the investigation avid remediation of contamination from .leaking <br /> UST's. Responsible parties must take corrective action in response to an unauthorized <br /> release, in compliance with Section 252.99.37 of the HSC and Corrective Action <br /> Regulations adopted pursuant to Section 25299.77 of the HSC. <br /> PHSIEHD uses the SWRCB "Prioritization System for Leaking-Underground,Storage <br /> Tank Sites" to prioritize all the contaminated sites. You will be directed to begin the <br /> required investigation, based upon the priority ranking of the site and PH5/EHD staff <br /> availability. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
