These regulations govern the investigation and mitigation activities at leaking <br /> underground storage tank sites. To obtain a copy, please contact the State Water Resources <br /> Control Board at(916) 657-2390. <br /> The "Tri-Regional Board Staff Recommendations For Preliminary Evaluation and Investigation of <br /> Underground Tank Sites" along with its "Appendix A " and "Appendix B" should be used as <br /> guidance documents. All work and reports which require geological or engineering evaluations <br /> must be performed under the direction of an appropriately California registered or certified <br /> professional. <br /> As Responsible Party you are directed by PHSIEHD to submit a workplan to further <br /> characterize the lateral and vertical extent of contaminant distribution at the site <br /> referenced above. The workplan shall be submitted to PHSIEHD no later than March 1, <br /> 2000.
