The release appears to be the result of a faulty oil/water separator <br /> located in the basement of the TLE and adjacent to the UST excavation. The separator has been <br /> repaired, and no future releases are anticipated. <br /> SITE SETTING <br /> The subject site is located at 3010 West Grant Line Road, Tracy, San Joaquin County, California. <br /> The site and vicinity is generally level with a slight slope to the southwest. The location of the <br /> site and topographic features of the surrounding area is depicted on the U.S.G.S. topographic <br /> quadrangle map included as Figure 1. Figure 2 is a detailed site map showing the former UST <br /> location, site structures, and the location of the proposed soil borings. <br /> 00268114.919 <br />
