ND = none detected MDL = method detection limit Based on review of soil analytical results, soil staining, and field observations, evidence of a petroleum hydrocarbon release was encountered beneath the UST excavation at an approximate depth of 9 feet below grade. The release appears to be the result of a faulty oil/water separator located in the basement of the TLE and adjacent to the UST excavation. The separator has been repaired, and no future releases are anticipated. SITE SETTING The subject site is located at 3010 West Grant Line Road, Tracy, San Joaquin County, California. The site and vicinity is generally level with a slight slope to the southwest. The location of the site and topographic features of the surrounding area is depicted on the U.S.G.S. topographic quadrangle map included as Figure 1. Figure 2 is a detailed site map showing the former UST location, site structures, and the location of the proposed soil borings. 00268114.919
