Prior to starting work, a"tailgate"safety meeting <br /> mchxhng discussion of the safety hazards and precautions relevant to the particular job will be <br /> held with all personnel working on the fob. Well drillers are ;demrficd on permit apphcaticiaL <br /> Borings are drilled dry by hollow-or solid-stem,continuous flight augers. Augers, dray rods, <br /> and other worltmg components of the drilling rig are steam-cleaned before arcing onsite to <br /> prevent the introduction of contaminants. These components are also stearin-cleaned bemeen <br /> borings away from boring locations. Cleaned augers, rods, and other components are stored, <br /> and/or covered when not to use. <br /> Our bore logs include a detailed description of subsurface strattgraplry.
