A permit mst be obtained from the SJCEHD to install the groundwater <br /> extraction well. <br /> t <br /> } <br /> Construction Permits. The project plans must be reviewed and approved and permits <br /> s <br /> obtained from the TFPBD. <br /> If <br /> 3.3 Installation h <br /> f � <br /> After receipt of the extraction well permit and the TFPBD permits, the construction and installation l <br /> phase will proceed. The extraction/treatment system module will be constructed off site and i <br /> delivered at the site for "turnkey" Installation. Because the extraction/treatment system module will <br /> arrive in turnkey status, the installation will consist primarily of extraction well installation, <br /> underground pipe trenching, electrical and phone service connection (for the remote telemetry), and <br /> GAC unit plumbing hookups. Electrical service installation and storm main connections will be <br /> performed by licensed contractors under the supervision of Groundwater Technology. <br /> L <br /> 3.4 Startup <br /> L <br /> Activation of the extraction/treatment system can occur only after receipt of the RWQCB—CV <br /> discharge permits for surface waters and land disposal and field inspection approval from the <br /> L <br /> TFPBD.
