This plan is an addendum to the Soil
. and Groundwater Remedial Plan, prepared by Harding Lawson Associates (HLA) dated January 30,
1992. The HLA plan proposed soil vapor extraction technology to remove hydrocarbons from
Impacted soil and groundwater' at the site, and depending on the effectiveness of this technology E
in reducing hydrocarbon concentrations in groundwater, to follow up with groundwater extraction
f and treatment. Subsequent evaluation of data indicates that alternative methods for remediation
E
may be more successful; therefore, this plan is being submitted as an addendum to the HLA plan.
Currently, the site is used for an operating 7-Eleven convenience store.
