Required Aisle Space. The facility personnel does not have access to the waste oil and waste <br />antifreeze tanks. Access is blocked by drums of product oil. The operator shall maintain aisle space to <br />allow unobstructed movement of personnel and equipment to any area of facility operations in an <br />emergency. Immediately clear aisle space to the waste oil and waste antifreeze tanks. <br />Note <br />1. Complete the following by January 22, 2011 and send to the San Joaquin County Environmental <br />Health Department, <br />a. The Return to Compliance Certification form. <br />b. A statement explaining how each violation was corrected. <br />c.
