Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, California 95205
Dear Ms. Zareef,
We are in receipt of the notice indicating that we are in a "noncompliant" position with your
department. Frankly this was a shock when we received it as we take all of these issue very
seriously and hope that you understand that we acted immediately on all the infractions you noted
in your report.
However, when we completed these items and sent the documents to your office we did not send it
by registered mail and therefore can't prove that delivery of this information ever made it to your
office. I have enclosed copies of our initial responses and documentation with this writing and hope
that you understand.
We only have one outstanding item that we will be completing by December 30"' and that is section
501 where we have in fact met with an engineer so that we can take the corrective measures needed
to come in to compliance on this item.
Please review the enclosed documents and notify us what we need to do to return to compliance
with your department.
Respectfully,
Michael F.
