New drums purchased, labeled, and accumulation dates to be filled in when <br /> accumulation starts. <br /> Minor Violation 2. <br /> #50 Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days. <br /> 1-55 gallon drum of waste aerosol cans did not have a start accumulation date. <br /> 1-55 gallon drum of used absorbent was dated 10/08. <br /> Correction—Both drums have been removed from property by Safety-Kleen and <br /> disposed of as of this date. Copy of hazardous waste manifests attached with this letter. <br /> Minor Violation 3. <br /> #59 Failed to send generator manifest copies to the department within 30 days. <br /> Correction--All past hazardous waste manifests have been copied and scheduled to be <br /> mailed to DTSC on May 20, 2010.
