We are preparing to submit new permit applications that call for overdrilling the SP wells and <br /> blasting MW-15 in the ROW. We remain committed to the safety of our staff and subcontractors and maintain that <br /> pressure grouting VW-4 is the safest option given its proximity to the utility. We would like to request a variance to <br /> pressure grout that well and will include a letter request with the permit applications.
