<br /> ADEQUATE AND NECESSARY ELEMENTS OF THE WORK PLAN [H&S 25296.10 (c)(3)]:
<br /> 1) To destroy a total of (33) wells: 12 groundwater monitoring wells-, 7 extraction wells-, 14
<br /> sparge wells.
<br /> 2) Wells MW-2, MW-5, MW-15, VW-2, VW-4. VW-5, VW-7, SP-4, SP-7 and SP-13 shall
<br /> be over-drilled. MWA, MW-4, MW-6, MW-7, MW-8, MW-9, MW-11, MW-14, MW-16,
<br /> VW-1, VW-3, VW-6, PTW-1, SPA, SP-2, SP-3, SP-5, SP-6, SP-8, SP-9, SP-10, SP-11
<br /> and SP-12 shall be pressure-grouted.
<br /> 3) All investigation derived waste, including soil and groundwater from the well destruction
<br /> activities shall be stored and disposed of as stated in the well destruction work-plan.
<br /> Manifests are required for removal, transportation and disposal of all wastes associated
<br /> with the work.
<br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS:
<br /> 1) The Environmental Health Department (EHD) requires one well destruction permit
<br /> application @ $375.00 to be submitted for each parcel and one for wells located within
<br /> the City of Stockton right of way/sidewalks.
