The Ievel of contamination in OW-2 has been declining since it was installed in April of 1989. The remaining:j i <br /> four downgradient wells and one upgradient well have never had any detectable amounts of BTEX TPHg or Pb since <br /> they were installed in April of 1989. <br /> California Code of Regulations Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 16 (Underground Storage Tank Regulations) Section;# <br /> 2652(d) requires quarterly reports be submitted to PHS/EHD and the Regional Water Quality Control Board until <br /> the investigation and cleanup of the site are complete. Submission of these reports is to begin immediately. OW-2 <br /> should be sampled quarterly and all wells should be measured quarterly.
