The Site is bounded by Tracy Boulevard to the west, Grantline Road to the <br /> north, parking lot to the east and a business to the south. The surrounding land use is mixed <br /> residential and commercial. <br /> Site History/Assessments <br /> In January 1998, soil contamination was identified during the removal of USTs. To date, six <br /> monitoring wells have been installed and monitored regularly. A Site map showing the location <br /> of the former and current USTs, monitoring wells and groundwater level contours is provided at <br /> the end of this five year summary. <br /> Remediation Summary <br /> • Free Product: No free product was documented throughout the life of this case <br /> • Soil Excavation: Approximately 200 tons of contaminated soil was removed and <br /> transported offsite in 1998 <br /> • In-Situ Soil Remediation: No soil remediation is noted in site history <br /> • Groundwater Remediation: Ozone sparging, August 2002 through 2010 <br />
