The relining of tanks <br /> Is prohibited by CCR title 23 Section 2661 (c). <br /> The lateral and vertical extent of soil and groundwater contamination found at this site <br /> must be defiled. Remedial alternatives must be evaluated and the most cost effective <br /> alternative implemented. It has been demonstrated that excavation/removal of <br /> contaminated soil is an effective remedial alternative in this arta of Tracy. Our agency <br /> recommends that contaminated soil be excavated, immediately after the existing <br /> underground G <br /> s g aund storage tanks (UST's) have been removed, as an interim remedial action. � <br />!, A pian for this work must bt submitted to our agency.
