• Monitoring and sampling performed at the site since 2003 indicate the presence of <br /> dissolved TBA and TAME In groundwater, concentrations of which have declined to <br /> non-reportable levels, and of WBE dissolved in groundwater beneath the site which <br />' Is on a declining trend and Is well delineated to the west, south, and east <br /> Based on the above Information SECOR recommends the following <br />' • The site should continue to be sampled on a quarterly basis to confirm groundwater <br /> concentrations and to determine plume stability in both the shallow and deep zones <br /> • An extended groundwater pump test should be conducted on EX-3 to confirm the ROI <br />' and drawdown calculations determined during the 48-hour pump test and to recover <br /> additional MtBE from the center of the dissolved MtBE plume around MW-5 <br /> • <br /> 2, <br /> SECO"will ill assume ownership of the Former Grant Line Gas and Food wells MW- <br /> 5(V), _MSW 6(V), and MW-8(V) The wells will be Incorporated Into the quarterly <br /> groundwater monitoring program <br /> 1 <br /> 1 <br /> 1 <br /> 1 <br /> 32262 Assessment&Feasibility Report&SCM doc 14 September 30 2004 <br />' 77EL 32262 04 0502 <br />
