SECOR vwvwsecorcom <br /> ® INTERNATIONAL 3017 Kilgore Road Suite 100 <br /> INCORPORATED Rancho Cordova GA 95670 <br /> • 916-861-0400 TEL <br /> 916-861-0430 FAx Fnx <br /> November 15, 2005 "ECEN U <br /> NU V 17 2005 <br /> Ms Lori Duncan ENVIRONMENT HEALTH <br /> San Joaquin County PERMIT/SERVICES <br /> Environmental Health Department <br /> 304 East Weber Avenue, Third Floor <br /> Stockton, CA 95202 <br /> Re Extended Groundwater Pumping Test & <br /> Oxygen Infection Feasibility Study <br /> 7-Eleven Store # 32262 <br /> 2360 West Grant Line Road <br /> Tracy, California <br /> SECOR Project No 77EL 32262 05 0515 <br /> Dear Ms Duncan <br /> This report was prepared by SECOR International Incorporated (SECOR), on behalf of 7- <br /> Eleven Inc , to report the results of an extended groundwater pumping test and an oxygen <br /> injection feasibility test at 7-Eleven store number 32262, located at 2560 West Grant Line <br /> Road in Tracy, California (Figures 1 and 2) This report was prepared in response to the <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) letter dated February 14, <br /> 2005, requesting SECOR confirm the results of the original groundwater pumping test and <br /> oxygen injection feasibility test (Attachment A) <br /> SITE BACKGROUND AND PREVIOUS INVESTIGATIONS <br /> In 1997, Fluor Daniel GTI conducted Phase I and Phase II assessments at the site, <br /> consisting of soil borings and grab groundwater samples No detectable concentrations of <br /> petroleum hydrocarbons, polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons, or pesticides were found on- <br /> site A Phase I addendum was submitted by IT Corporation on September 27, 1999 <br /> Under the direction of a SJCEHD representative, ten soil samples were collected on May 2 <br /> and 3, 2003, beneath the product lines (1-1 through L4) and dispensers (D1 through D6) at <br /> depths between 3 5 feet and 4 5 feet below ground surface (bgs) The soil samples <br /> collected did not contain total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPHg) or benzene, <br /> toluene, ethylbenzene, or total xylenes (BTEX) above laboratory reporting limits Maximum <br /> reported concentrations of MtBE and tert-butyl alcohol (TBA) were 4 5 milligrams per <br /> kilogram (mg/kg) and 12 mg/kg, respectively (D1-4 0') <br /> Due to the presence of petroleum hydrocarbons and fuel oxygenates in soil and <br /> groundwater beneath the site, SECOR submitted an Underground Storage Tank <br /> Unauthorized Release with the (Leak)/Contamination Site Report to the SJCEHD and the <br /> Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> 117-Efevenl7-11 stores1322621Reports132262 Pump Test and 02 Feasibility 11-10-05 doc <br />
