S ESC0 R <br /> f <br /> 7-Eleven Store 432262 <br /> Site Assessment Report <br /> December 12, 2003 <br /> Page 6 <br /> MW-6D A groundwater hydrocarbon concentration map is presented as Figure 4 Copies of the <br /> laboratory reports are included in Attachment E <br /> WATER SUPPLY WELL SEARCH <br /> Department of Water Resources <br /> SECOR visited the Department of Water Resources (DWR) Central District office in Sacramento, <br /> California, to review copies of the Water Well Driller's Reports to identify water supply wells that + <br /> potentially lie within a 2,000-foot radius of the site The 2,000-foot search radius was conducted <br /> within Township 2 South, Range 5 East, and the southeast quarter of Section 18 and northeast <br /> quarter of Section 19 <br /> A review of the DWR well logs identified six wells located within a 2,000-foot radius of the site <br /> (Figure 5 and Table 4) The well logs provided an approximate location, age, and construction <br /> specifications of each well <br /> City of Tracy <br /> SECOR interviewed the City of Tracy Water District to identify the location of any city-owned or <br /> operated wells that may be within 2,000 feet of the site According to the water district, one <br /> municipal well is located at the intersection of Grant Line Road and Tracy Boulevard, approximately <br /> 1 3 miles east (crossgradient) of the site A field search verified the municipal well location <br /> Field Verification <br /> On August 26, 2003, SECOR visited the site to verify the location of six domestic water supply wells <br /> identified in the DWR well logs Five of the six well locations were confirmed at the addresses listed <br /> in Table 4 At each location, a pump tank was observed on the property The sixth well location V <br /> could not be confirmed because the residence was inaccessible due to a gated driveway SECOR <br /> personnel drove public streets within the 2,000-foot search radius and did not observe any other <br /> wells visible from public right-of-ways , <br /> Sensitive Receptors <br /> x <br /> During the field search, SECOR looked for surface bodies of water that could act as a receptor such <br /> as ponds, lakes, streams, rivers, and canals No surface bodies of water were identified as a <br /> sensitive receptor within 2,000 feet of the site SECOR also did not identify any public schools within <br /> the 2,000-foot search radius <br /> SUMMARY AND CONCLUSIONS <br /> Groundwater monitoring wells MWA through MW-5, and MW-6D, were installed on October 15-17, <br /> 2003 Soil samples collected from borings MW-1 through MW-6D did not contain TPHg or BTEX <br /> above laboratory reporting limits The lateral limits of MtBE in soil have not been defined to the <br /> north, east, and west due to MtBE concentrations in soil samples collected from MW-2, MW-3, MW- <br /> 5, and MW-61) <br /> 4! <br /> 32262 Assessment Report SECOR tntemationat incorporated <br /> a <br /> �r <br /> h <br />
