Those names include Shell Oil Products US and <br /> Shell Oil Company Inc., which is not claimant's name. Claimant is advised that an <br /> eligible claimant must have either owned or operated the subject leaking UST, is the <br /> responsible party directed to undertake corrective action for the unauthorized release by <br /> the local regulator and is the party paying for the costs of cleanup. <br /> The Fund received a letter dated March 3, 2005 from Ms. Deborah Pryor of Shell Oil <br /> Products US in which you requested the Fund to consolidate various claims (for Shell <br /> Oil Company; Equilon Enterprises LLC; and Texaco R&M, LA Division) under one <br /> name, of Equilon Enterprises LLC dba Shell Oil Products US. Ms. Laura Beck of the <br /> Fund spoke with Ms. Pryor on August 31, 2005, requesting her to provide <br /> documentation to support consolidation of the various claims under one name. As of <br /> this date, Ms. Beck has not received the requested information. <br /> • Submit documentation supporting consolidation of various Fund claims as previously <br /> requested by Ms. Beck.
