After well development, <br /> Blaine will sample the site groundwater monitoring wells,according to the existing sampling <br /> schedule and submit the samples to a State of California certified laboratory for chemical <br /> analyses. <br /> Chemical Analyses: Selected soil samples from the well borings and groundwater samples from <br /> the wells will be analyzed for TPHg benzene, ethylbenzene, toluene,- xylenes, MTBE, <br /> di-isopropyl alcohol, TBA, tertiary amyl methyl ether, ethyl tertiary butyl ether, and ethanol.by <br /> EPA Method 8260B. <br /> Wellhead Survey Activities: Following monitoring well installation, a licensed surveyor will <br /> survey wellhead elevations relative to mean sea level and each well's latitude and longitude. <br /> I <br /> Report Preparation: Following receipt of laboratory analytical results, CRA.will prepare a <br /> written report which will include field procedures, analytical 'results, boring logs, and <br /> I <br /> conclusions. <br /> CLOSING <br /> The scope of work described in this work plan will be performed under the supervision of a <br /> professional geologist. CRA is prepared to begin work upon approval of this work plan by the <br /> SJCEHD and upon receipt of appropriate permits..
