One of the <br /> remaining wells, MW-3, is now being used in the investigation of the contaminated UST <br /> site located at 2450 Toste Road. The other remaining well, MW-5, was intended to be <br /> transferred to the contaminated UST site located at 2360 Grant Line Road, which is <br /> owned by 7-Eleven Inc. <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJC/EHD) has repeatedly tried <br /> to secure confirmation, by phone and letter, that 7-Eleven has taken legal possession of <br /> well MW-5.
