Our records show that Advanced GeoEnvironmental <br /> Inc. (AGE) is the environmental consultant for the former Grant Line Food and Gas (GLF), <br /> located at 2420 West Grant Line Road (Assessor's Parcel Number 238-020-06, owned by <br /> Toste Farms, Inc.), west of the 7-Eleven site. The former Grant Line Food and Gas site <br /> recently received closure status from the San Joaquin County Environmental Health . <br /> Department (SJCEHD). SECOR submits this letter requesting the responsible party for the <br /> former Grant Line Food and Gas site transfer the ownership of monitoring wells MW-5, <br /> MW-6, and MW-8 to 7-Eleven, Inc (Figure 2). These wells would assist SECOR-and 7- <br /> Eleven, Inc. in the investigation of groundwater contamination migrating from 7-Eleven <br /> store#32262. <br /> I <br /> Y <br /> 7-Eleven would assume ownership of the wells by transferring the current SJCEHD well <br /> permits, City of Tracy Encroachment Permits, and if needed, Cal Trans Encroachment <br /> Permits, into 7-Eleven's name. <br /> At your convenience, please reply to this request to grant 7-Eleven ownership of GLF wells <br /> MW-5, MW-6, and MW-8.
