During monitoring, the depths to water were
measured, the wells were purged and samples were collected pursuant to RESNA/WaterWork's
(RESNA) Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan Well purge logs and monitoring data are
included in Attachment 1
Groundwater elevations have decreased 2 93 to 3 06 feet in all wells since the October 1991
monitoring Groundwater monitoring data is summarized in Table 1. The gradient was
calculated to be in a north-northeast direction at 0.006 ft/ft, which is consistent with previous
gradients (Figure 2, Groundwater Gradient Map)
Samples collected were analyzed for benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and xylenes (BTEX), and
total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPHG) utilizing EPA method 503018020/8015
Dissolved petroleum hydrocarbons were detected in monitoring well MW1 at the following
concentrations 410 µg/e TPHG, 9.0 jcg/f ethylbenzene, and 3 8 µgIf xylenes No petroleum
hydrocarbon constituents were detected above method detection limits in monitoring wells MW2
or MW3 Analytical data is presented in Table 2 The laboratory data sheets and chain-of-
custody documentation are included in Attachment 2 Laboratory analyses were conducted by
0013092 ka}
