<br />   		sampling program during Soil aeration at the ,,ubject property located at 2480 Taste Road
<br />   		in Tracy, California
<br />   		Per  your  authorization  letter  of August  9,  1993  (a  copy  is  attached),  aeration  of the
<br />   		contaminated soil at the 5ublect site commenced on August 16, 1993 and continued until the
<br />   		sampling day of September 24, 1993   The aeration was performed per requirements of San
<br />   		Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control  District  and  in  accordance with the  requirements
<br />   		outlined in the above-mentioned letter
<br />   		The contaminated soil was placed in a one toot thick layer, prior to aeration   No more than
<br />   		120 cubic yard,, of ,od was expo,,ed to aeration during any day of aeration   Aeration was
<br />   		accomplished by dr Ling the 1,011, utilizing a tiactor   A representative from Advance Soil
