Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's <br /> business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for <br /> approval. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. <br /> The site maps were not completed/updated as part of the business plan. The site map did not include the updated <br /> locations for the access and exit points. The site maps did not have legends explaining the locations of the storm <br /> drains. Some of the gates/access and exit points have questions marks that are not defined within the site maps. <br /> Some of the site maps are submitted under the emergency response and training plan section in CERS. The site <br /> map did not include the location of emergency shut offs for the Ammonia System, and the propane.The location of <br /> the Chlorite L-325 is not updated within the site map.The chemical is only stored at the north of the Cellar. <br /> The site maps shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer <br /> drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and <br /> storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list <br /> it on the map and label as"NA". Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> On site to conduct the hazardous materials business plan (HMBP) inspection. There were two violations during <br /> the inspection. Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a <br /> statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any <br /> supporting paperwork, by 02/27/2020. <br /> Notes: <br /> Any chemicals that you are no longer using or plan not to use in the future, manage the disposal/storage of the <br /> chemicals properly, and discard from CERS chemical inventory. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
