Immediately <br /> close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed when not adding or removing waste. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 507 CCR 66265.195 Failed to conduct daily inspections of hazardous waste tank system and maintain records onsite. <br /> Daily inspections of the discharge systems, monitoring equipment, and tank levels were not documented and <br /> maintained on site. Only the current month of daily tank inspections were available for review during the inspection. <br /> Immediately begin to conduct daily inspections of the discharge systems, monitoring equipment, and tank levels for <br /> all tanks containing hazardous waste and maintain written records on site for 3 years. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 512 CCR 66265.192(h)Failure to obtain an assessment or reassessment of a hazardous waste tank system. <br /> Facility does not have a tank reassessment for the 500 gallon used oil tank and the 100 gallon used antifreeze tank. <br /> Last available tank assessment is from July 22,2010. Service Manager states that the tank assessment is currently <br /> in process. The owner or operator of a hazardous waste tank shall obtain a written assessment reviewed and <br /> certified by an independent,qualified, professional engineer, registered in California attesting that the system has <br /> sufficient structural integrity, is acceptable for the transferring,storing, and treating of hazardous waste, and that the <br /> tanks and containment system are suitably designed. Immediately have a reassessment prepared for the 500 <br /> gallon used oil tank and the 100 gallon waste antifreeze tank. Submit a copy of the final tank assessment to the <br /> EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> One black metal 55 gallon drum of oily solids was observed in the hazardous waste storage area without an <br /> accumulation start date on the label.
