The proposed <br /> scope of work is presented below. <br /> The planned soil evaluation- will be conducted by a- Personnel <br /> contractor, Spectrum Exploration, lnc., with Lowney <br /> Associates personnel .performing observation' .and- <br /> sampling/monitoring. services during' the-work. The - <br /> project manager for our firm will be environmental - <br /> engineer Stason Foster. Environmental engineer <br /> Belinda Peters will assist in the field observation and <br /> monitoring. All site personnel will have received 40 <br /> hours of health and safety training in accordance with <br /> CFR 1910.120. <br /> The site is currently occupied by a shopping Site Description <br /> complex, located at . 1213 East Hammer Lane, <br /> Stockton, California. lnsta Lube, a tenant in the <br /> complex, operates a 500--gallon underground waste oil- <br /> storage <br /> ilstorage tank at the site.' No unauthorized-releases or <br /> spills associated with the tank have been reported. <br /> The purpose of this investigation is to evaluate Purpose/Scope of Work <br /> potential impacts of the underground-waste oil tank, <br /> if any, on surrounding soil.
