Lane <br /> Stockton, CA 95210 <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division <br /> (PHS/EHD) has reviewed activities to date at the above referenced facility and <br /> has the following comments: <br /> r <br /> - Tank #3, a 6,000 gallon gasoline tank containing regular gasoline has <br /> failed 3 precision tests since 1989. Tank 04 a 6,000 gallon diesel tank <br /> failed a precision test in 1988. <br /> -Tank #3 passed the precision test in 1991. <br /> -On 12/02/92 four soil borings' were drilled to depths of approximately <br /> 46.5 feet. All borings passed the State of California's Leaking <br /> Underground Fuel Tank's (LUFT) Environmental Fate Worksheet with the <br /> exception of B=4. ( .074 ppm cumulative for Benzene) . <br /> -PHS/EHD requested an additional boring in the B-4 area and on 10/22/93, <br /> boring # B-5 was completed in the B-4-area. <br /> -On 03/10/94 a report was received and reviewed. B-5 failed the <br /> Environmental Fate Worksheet.
