Hammer Lane <br /> Stockton, CA 95210 <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services,Environmental Health Division(PHS/EHD)has <br /> reviewed activities to date at the above referenced facility and the "Preliminary Site <br /> uary 11, 1993, prepared by Resna Industries, Inc. <br /> Assessment Report" dated Febr <br /> On December 2 and 3, 1992, four exploratory borings were drilled at the site. Soil Boring <br /> #4 failed the Leaking Underground Fuel Tank (LUFP) Field Manual's Environmental Fate <br /> Worksheet. Seasonal high groundwater (according to "San Joaquin County Flood Control <br /> Maps") at the site was about 50 feet in August 1986. <br /> Please submit an addendum to the previous workplan for the completion of another soil <br /> boring in the soil boring #4 area.
