The.subcontractors may elect to <br /> modify these provisions,but only to upgrade or.increase the safety requirements, and only with the <br /> concurrence of RESNA as designated and accepted in writing. <br /> This Site Safety Plan will:address the expected potential hazards that may be encountered on the <br /> worksite for this project Field activities are planned to begin in November-and the duration will`be. <br /> approximately.one month. If changes in site-or:working conditions occur as activities progress, <br /> addenda to this plan will be provided by-RESNA. <br /> AUTHORITY-FOR SITE SAFETY <br />' The RESNA personnel.responsible for project safety are-the Project;Manager and the on-site Staff. <br /> Geologist or Engineer . The Health-and Safety Coordinator is responsible for'the overall RESNA <br /> I Health and Safety Program and,may.choose to audit-the.site for.compliancc and take appropriate <br /> I action to correct deficiencies. -T1ie Project Manager is responsible for implementing the provisions <br /> of this Plan, for providing'a copy-of this Plan to the Staff.Geologist or Engineer, and for advising <br /> the Staff Geologist or.Engineer on,health and safety matters: The.Project Manager and Staff <br /> Geologist or Engineer have the authority'to audit.-site activities for compliance with the provisions <br /> of this.Plan.
