Immediately locate a copy of all manifests for the last three years, maintain <br /> them on site, and submit copies to the EHD. This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Consent to perform the inspection, take photos and collect samples was given by Kim Blake the Service Manager <br /> This facility generated 2.93 tons of waste in the last calendar year 2013 (Jars-Dec). <br /> Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br /> online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov. Be sure to include <br /> your hazardous waste activity in the Businesses Activities section in CERS in addition to any other relevant <br /> activities and required fields. <br /> NOTES.- <br /> * <br /> OTES:* A black 30 gallon drum of brake shavings on the north west side of the shop did not have a start accumulation <br /> date. This was corrected on site. <br /> * A green container of used anti freeze on the north west side of the shop was not labeled or had a lid.
