rL Z C OR 1 DATE April 28, 2006 Atlantic Richfield Company, a BP affiliated company QUARTERLY REPORT i Station Number 11191 i Site Address 1469 East Hammer Lane, Stockton, CA 95210 k Consulting Company SECOR International, Inc — Ms Catherine Spelis SECOR Project No 77BP 5019100 0436 and 77CP 60191 01 0002 Primary Agency/Contact San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJC- EHD)1 Mr Harlin Knoll WORK PERFORMED THIS QUARTER [First—20061 1 Performed the first quarter 2006 groundwater monitoring event on January 17, 2006 WORK PROPOSED FOR NEXT QUARTER [Second —2006] 1 Groundwater monitoring and sampling event will be performed by SECOR 2 Prepare and submit the first quarter 2006 quarterly groundwater monitoring report DISCUSSION The site is an operating service station located on the northwest corner of the intersection of Hammer Lane and West Lane in Stockton, California (Figure 1) Site features include a station building, a separate building containing restrooms, and three dispenser islands with a concrete drive slab and canopy (Figure 2) Existing underground storage tanks (UST)s at the station • include one 12,000-gallon, one 10,000-gallon, and two 6,000-gallon single wall fiberglass tanks all installed in 1984 According to the station manager, the USTs contain regular unleaded, super unleaded, and plus unleaded gasoline and diesel The tanks are equipped with a leak detection system, and the contents are periodically measured with a stick Beyond Petroleum (BP) acquired the station from Mobil in May 1991 Information in BP files indicated that Mobil owned the site in May 1986 There is no documentation concerning previous USTs on the site Nearby properties noted during a site visit consist of a restaurant and parking lot north and northwest of the site, a strip mall to the east (across West Lane), a bank and restaurant to the south (across Hammer Lane), and an auto parts store to the west of the site Monitoring and sampling has been conducted at the site since 2002 Historical, as well as current, groundwater monitoring and sampling data are summarized in Table 1 Current Site Information Current Phase of Project Groundwater Monitoring Frequency of Monitoring and Sampling Quarter) MW-1 through MW-7 Is Free Product (FP) Present on Site?
