� Site Investigation Report <br /> BP Oil Site No 11191 <br /> C A M B R I A Stockton, California <br /> • March 29, 2002 <br /> INVESTIGATION ACTIVITIES <br /> Water Supply Well Survey <br /> A Department of Water Resources (DWR) inquiry identified nine Well Driller's Reports for wells <br /> located within a 1-mile radius of the site City of Stockton water supply well No 13 is located <br /> approximately i/z-mile from the site, and was drilled to 440 feet bgs and sealed with cement grout <br /> from the surface to 101 feet bgs Three additional city water supply wells (No 15, test well No 15 <br /> and No 19), one irrigation well, and two domestic wells are located approximately 1 mile from the <br /> site The city wells range in depth from 431 to 600 feet bgs and were sealed with cement to <br /> 60-80 feet bgs The irrigation well was drilled to 350 feet bgs Sealing information was not <br /> available for the irrigation well The domestic wells were drilled to 200 and 232 feet bgs and <br /> sealed to 50 feet bgs with cement and bentonite, respectively <br /> Well Installation Activities <br /> . Scope of Work The planned site investigation activities included the installation of <br /> four groundwater monitoring wells Cambria's standard procedures for <br /> well installation are attached as Appendix B <br /> Personnel Present Sara Dwight, Cambria Scientist, was present for the installation of the <br /> monitoring wells, working under the supervision of Khaled Rahman, <br /> California Registered Geologist Harlin Knoll of the SJCPHS was <br /> onsite intermittently to inspect field activities <br /> Number of Wells Four onsite wells (MW-1, MW-2, MW-3 and MW-4) were installed <br /> Well Locations Well MW-1 was installed west of the northwestern dispenser islands, <br /> adjacent to previous borings B-4, B-5, and THP-2 Well MW-2 was <br /> installed west of the southeastern dispenser islands adjacent to <br /> previous boring B-3 Well MW-3 was installed north of the <br /> underground storage tanks adjacent to previous boring B-1 Well <br /> MW-4 was installed south of the underground storage tanks adjacent <br /> to previous boring B-2 (see Figure 2) <br /> • <br /> 3 <br />
