PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> j <br /> I <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for <br /> ation of possible underground leaking piping from an <br /> invests p <br /> g , <br /> underground storage tank site located at 351.8 E. Hammer Lane, in <br /> the City of Stockton (APN 092-220-28) , has been reviewed by San <br />� Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division (PHS-EHD) . The plan is a proposal for mitigation of <br /> hazardous substances which contaminated the site due to <br /> unauthorized releases associated with underground storage tanks <br /> (UST) which were located .on the property. <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a tentative <br /> determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State and a <br /> Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not <br /> create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the <br /> benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at the <br /> Margaret Klausner Troke Branch Library at 502 W. Benjamin Holt <br /> Drive, and PHS-EHD, 445 N. San Joaquin Street, Stockton, <br /> California, during normal working hours, 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m. If <br /> a written request by any member of the public for a public hearing <br /> is not received by PHS-EHD by Monday, May 15, 1995, the tentative <br /> decision shall become final on that date and time. <br /> All requests for public hearings must be filed in writing to PHS- <br /> EHD at P.O. Box 2009, Stockton, 95201 .
